Samsung recently launched its new Galaxy Tab A lineup without fanfare in Russia. Two devices in the lineup have been announced, and both feature a metallic design.
In addition to the metallic design (with blue and gold variants to follow), these two Samsung Galaxy Tab A devices both feature an XGA display with 4:3 aspect ratio, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 16GB of internal storage. They differ mainly in size: one is an 8-inch slate with 4200mAh battery, and the other is a 9.7-inch tablet with a 6000mAh battery. The larger variant also comes with dual loudspeakers, whereas its smaller counterpart only has one.
