AirPods Pro Available From Amazon for $235

Apple's AirPods Pro are normally priced at $249, but for those looking for a deal, Amazon has them at the discounted price of $235.

That's a savings of $14, which isn't much, but it's better than full price. This deal could go quickly, and the last time it was available, Amazon only discounted the ‌AirPods Pro‌ for a few hours.

Amazon says that the ‌AirPods Pro‌ have an extended delivery time due to shipping restrictions, with orders expected to arrive sometime next week.

We're not expecting to see prices much lower than this on the upcoming Black Friday shopping holiday due to the fact that the ‌AirPods Pro‌ are newly released.

Federal Court Rules Suspicionless Border Searches of Phones and Laptops is Unconstitutional

A federal court in Boston has ruled that suspicionless searches of travelers' electronic devices at airports and other U.S. ports of entry are unconstitutional, reports the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

The ruling comes after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), and ACLU of Massachusetts filed a lawsuit on behalf of 11 travelers whose smartphones and laptops were searched without individualized suspicion.

“This ruling significantly advances Fourth Amendment protections for millions of international travelers who enter the United States every year,” said Esha Bhandari, staff attorney with the ACLU’s Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project. “By putting an end to the government’s ability to conduct suspicionless fishing expeditions, the court reaffirms that the border is not a lawless place and that we don’t lose our privacy rights when we travel.”

Apple to Launch New 16-inch MacBook Pro As Early As Tomorrow, Mac Pro in December [Report]

Apple plans to debut a new 16-inch MacBook Pro as early as tomorrow, replacing the current 15-inch model, according to a new report from Bloomberg.

The new notebook is said to feature a higher resolution display, a more reliable keyboard, and louder speakers. Apple's current 15-inch MacBook Pro starts at $2399 and the new model will purportedly cost about the same amount.

The MacBook Pro laptop is Apple’s highest-end portable computer and it is differentiated by faster processors and larger screens. The new models will have main processors from Intel Corp., not Apple-made chips that it plans to add to at least some computers as early as next year, Bloomberg News has reported.
