Apple TV App Now Available for Compatible 2019 LG Smart TVs



LG has announced that the Apple TV app is now available for compatible 2019 LG smart TVs in the United States and more than 80 other countries.

LG TV customers can now enjoy Apple TV in addition to AirPlay 2 and HomeKit on all of LG's 2019 OLED TVs, NanoCell TVs (series SM9X and SM8X) and later this month, the Apple TV app will roll out on select UHD TVs (series UM7X and UM6X).

Apple Expands Developer Membership Fee Waivers to More Countries



Apple has announced the expansion of its developer membership fee waivers to more countries. These waivers can be given to nonprofit, educational, and government entities who distribute free apps on the App Store.

We’re pleased to announce that Apple Developer Program membership is now available at no cost for eligible organizations based in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Mexico, and South Korea. Nonprofit organizations, accredited educational institutions, and government entities that plan to distribute only free apps on the App Store can request to have their annual membership fee waived.
