Microsoft Cancels 'Build 2020' Developer Conference, Announces 'Digital Event'



Microsoft has cancelled the in-person portion of its 'Build 2020' developer conference. The event was set to take place May 19–21, 2020 in Seattle, WA.

The company issued the following statement earlier today:

The safety of our community is a top priority. In light of the health safety recommendations for Washington State, we will deliver our annual Microsoft Build event for developers as a digital event, in lieu of an in-person event. We look forward to bringing together our ecosystem of developers in this new virtual format to learn, connect and code together. Stay tuned for more details to come.

Check Out This iOS 14 Homescreen 'List View' Concept [Images]



Check out this homescreen 'List View' concept for iOS 14.

The concept was created by iSpazio and is based on recent leaks from an early build of the upcoming iOS 14 software update.

The applications are listed in semi-transparent boxes , such as those of the current Notifications, Folders and any other element of the system. The icon is also able to show the Badge with the Push to read. Below the name we find a dynamic space dedicated to Siri's artificial intelligence that will be able to change sentences continuously based on what is happening in the application at that time.

'Today at Apple' Sessions Suspended at All Apple Stores in U.S. and Canada Amid Coronavirus Pandemic

Apple today announced that it is temporarily pausing its "Today at Apple" programming as a precautionary measure amid the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, with sessions canceled at all Apple Stores in the United States and Canada until further notice.


"Today at Apple" typically offers free hands-on group sessions focused on photography, video, music, coding, art and design, and more at Apple Stores.
