Apple is suspending Siri grading globally following a report that contractors working on Siri regularly hear confidential information including medical details, drug deals, and sexual encounters.The report was a shock to users, many of which did not realize that Apple had workers listening to their interactions with Siri.
Apple says that less than 1% of activations are reviewed by humans, a number which is still quite high. Google says 0.2% of its audio snippets are reviewed.
