ARMRef is a new reference manual app for ARM assembly instructions from developer EvilPenguin.The app contains details including syntax and symbols for all 644 instructions. It's 100% open source and works on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
Developers can download the Xcode project from GitHub.
